The new Enforcement of Judgments guide features 38 jurisdictions. In the Singapore chapter, the authors provided the latest legal and practical aspects of identifying a debtor’s asset position, the procedures, costs and time involved in the enforcement of domestic and foreign judgments, the types of legal challenges to enforcement, and the process of enforcing arbitral awards in the country.
