The first chapter provides an overview on pharmaceutical IP and competition law in Singapore. It addresses key issues including patents, trade marks, competition law, patent licensing, generic entry, abuse of dominance and parallel imports.

The second chapter covers medicinal product regulation and product liability law in Singapore. Key issues discussed include pricing and state funding, manufacturing, marketing, clinical trials, advertising, labelling, and product recall and liability.
