Managing Director of Intellectual Property Tony Yeo and Senior Associate Javier Yeo co-authored the Singapore section of the Chapter in Russell-Clarke & Howe on Industrial Designs that was recently published by Sweet & Maxwell.

The book provides practical guidance on how to get the best from the vast bed of legislation surrounding industrial designs in order to safeguard and protect designs. Tony and Javier contributed to the Chapter which outlines the registered designs laws of Singapore where its law is historically linked to the registered design law of the UK.
