Cherlyn Seah

Cherlyn Seah is an Associate Director in Drew & Napier’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. She is also a member of the Information Technology, Healthcare & Life Sciences (Corporate & Regulatory), and Employment Practice Groups.

She advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with particular experience in information technology, intellectual property, healthcare regulatory, and employment law. Cherlyn regularly assists clients with the commercialisation and exploitation of intellectual property rights, including research and development agreements, IP licensing, and software services agreements. She also advises on healthcare regulatory compliance, data privacy in the healthcare sector, and related agreements for clients in the biotechnology, medical devices, and pharmaceutical industries.

Her practice includes advising on fund raising, corporate restructuring, shareholder agreements, and employment matters such as employment handbooks, share option plans, and termination issues. Cherlyn’s clients include state-owned enterprises, multinational corporations, and local businesses across a variety of sectors.
