Singapore | Pitfalls when winding up a debtor company occupying a co-working space

In this update, Directors Mohan Gopalan and Mitchell Yeo examine some lessons learnt from the recent Singapore High Court case of Gunvor SA v Atlantis Commodities Trading Pte Ltd [2024] SGHC 192, where the claimant failed in its application to wind up the defendant debtor company which was occupying a co-working space as its registered office address.
