Singapore | Proposed Amendments to the Simplified Insolvency Programme

On 11 November 2024, the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Amendment Bill was introduced in the Singapore Parliament. If passed, the bill will revamp the Simplified Insolvency Programme and make it a permanent feature of Singapore’s insolvency regime.
