Singapore | The Singapore International Commercial Court Throws Out a Challenge to a US$146m SIAC Award

In Reliance Infrastructure Limited v Shanghai Electric Group Co Ltd [2024] SGHC(I) 3, the Singapore International Commercial Court threw out a challenge to a US$146m SIAC award won by Shanghai Electric Group Co Ltd. The challenge was based on allegations that the underlying agreement was forged.  A team led by Chief Executive Officer Cavinder Bull, SC and Director Foo Yuet Min successfully acted for Shanghai Electric Group Co Ltd in this matter.
