Singapore | UK Supreme Court returns to orthodox approach in respect of liquidated damages

This update discusses the recent UK Supreme decision of Triple Point Technology Inc v PTT Public Company Ltd [2021] UKSC 29 which signalled a return to the orthodox approach that subject to clear and express terms, liquidated damages cease to accrue on termination but rights accrued as at the date of termination survive.
