Singapore | Vodafone wins in US$2.7bn tax arbitration against India

This update addresses the recent landmark arbitral award in favour of Vodafone International Holdings BV which held that India’s imposition of a US$2.7bn tax on Vodafone is contrary to India’s international law obligations under the Netherlands-India bilateral investment treaty.
