Audie has acted for clients in a wide range of disputes, including disputes on banking and finance, commercial contracts, employment, tort, trusts, shareholders’ rights, as well as bankruptcy and insolvency.

She has appeared before all levels of the Singapore Courts, including the Court of Appeal, the Appellate Division and the General Division of the High Court, and the State Courts. She has also acted for clients before the Court of Three Judges and the Singapore International Commercial Court. 

Aside from litigation, she has acted for clients in arbitration with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, and in mediation with the Singapore International Mediation Centre or the Singapore Mediation Centre.

Prior to practising law, Audie was awarded a scholarship by the National University of Singapore, and represented it in an international moot court competition and international debate competitions.

Audie’s experience includes:

  • Acting for four former directors of a startup specialising in visual recognition technology, in defending claims of approximately S$7 million, based in minority oppression and conspiracy
  • Acting for a Singapore-incorporated property developer, in defending claims of misrepresentation and conspiracy for damages estimated at S$93 million
  • Acted for an international coloration specialist and textile solution provider before the Singapore International Commercial Court in a minority oppression dispute and a claim against its directors for breaches of fiduciary duties
  • Acted for two individuals who succeeded in full on their claim for breach of contract, and obtained a judgment for the payment of US$2.8 million, interest and costs
  • Acted for a Thai company in a dispute with a Japanese company with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, where claims were made pursuant to an agreement for the production of fabric
