- Berlian Laju’s US$2.5 billion cross-border debt restructuring involving complex multi-jurisdictional legal and practical issues arising from over 100 vessels operating worldwide.
- Ezra Holdings’ US$1.49 billion cross-border debt restructuring involving parallel restructuring under US Chapter 11 and Singapore judicial management.
Indonesian Restructurings
- APP’s US$14 billion debt restructuring involving 150 subsidiaries worldwide.
- Acted in the US$800 million debt restructuring of companies of a major Indonesian family involving a PKPU composition plan.
- Acted in the restructuring of a US$539 million facility and other debts of an Indonesian telecommunications company.
- Acted in the US$454 million and IDR87 billion debt restructuring of a major Indonesian pulp and paper producer.
- Acted in the US$273.888 million debt restructuring of a textile company listed in Indonesia.
Malaysian Restructurings
- Represented the largest Malaysian lender with RM90 million financing to a world leading Malaysian manufacturer and exporter of premium quality glove products in its judicial management exercise.
- Acted in a RM250 million debt restructuring of a foreign-owned developer involved in high-end development in Johor with both onshore and cross-border debts.
- Acted in a RM10 million cross-border debt restructuring of a wholly-owned subsidiary of a listed company in Malaysia involving parallel schemes of arrangement in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Acted in a RM50 million debt restructuring of a listed company in Malaysia involving a reverse takeover by a white knight.
