Since joining the firm in 2020, Beverly has developed a strong contentious family law practice focused on complex, high-stakes matrimonial disputes.
She acts in a broad range of family law matters, including contested divorces, interlocutory applications, PPO trials, and appeals heard before the High Court (Family Division) and Appellate Division. She also has experience in urgent and interlocutory applications, including injunctions to prevent the wrongful removal of children from Singapore (involving jurisdictions such as Australia, the United Kingdom, United States, India and China) as well as disputes concerning custody, care and control, and international relocation.
Beverly also advises on high-net-worth matrimonial disputes involving complex asset structures, including pre-marital wealth, inheritance, commingling issues, and emerging asset classes such as cryptocurrency and digital portfolios, often supported by forensic asset tracing.
In addition, she advises on pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and separation agreements arising out of marital breakdown, including arrangements in contemplation of or following separation, as well as judicial separation. She is experienced in negotiating family settlements across a range of financial profiles and sensitive family dynamics.

- Successfully acted for a husband to obtain a reversal of care and control orders in his favour, defended against the ex-wife’s application for relocation of the young children to Amsterdam and obtained orders for the husband to relocate with the Children to the United Kingdom.
