Electronic System Operators (“ESOs”) are required to submit their Child Protection in the Digital World self-assessment by 6 June 2026 under Government Regulation No. 17 of 2025 (“PP Tunas”) and the Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs (“MOCDA”) Regulation No. 9 of 2026.
