Reagan Roy Teguh holds the position of Partner, specialising in Data Protection, Franchise & Licensing, and Foreign Direct Investment. He also regularly advises on aspects of Employment Law.

Throughout his tenure, He also brings a wealth of experience from working in corporate mergers & acquisitions, media and entertainment, intellectual property rights, hospitality, consumer goods & services, foreign direct investment, employment, and hotel business development. Notable projects he has worked on include the acquisition of payment processing companies by a tech solutions provider and the merger of two leading chemical corporations.

Reagan is a graduate of the University of Indonesia (2006) and Curtin University in Perth (2011). Outside his legal practice, he engages in writing activities, continuously seeking new ways to provide practical solutions and advice to meet clients' needs.

  • Represented Etana Biotechnologies Hong Kong Limited in the share acquisition by one of the UOB Groub affiliates.

Media & Entertainment

  • Representing Amazon Studios in negotiating production related service agreements with production
    houses and providing general counselling to Amazon’s legal team.
