Timothy Siaw is an Intellectual Property and Technology lawyer and patent agent with over 30 years of experience. Holding a double degree in Science and Law from Monash University, Australia, Timothy has in-depth experience across the full spectrum of IP and Technology laws.

Intellectual Property
Timothy has a distinguished record of filing and prosecuting thousands of patent applications across diverse industries, with a particular focus on pharmaceuticals and life sciences since 1992. He had litigated Standard Essential Patent(s) and advised pharmaceutical patent owners on the issuance of compulsory government use licences of their patents. Timothy was a past lecturer for the Malaysian Patent Agent Examination Board and his areas of practice include:
