Singapore | Drew & Napier selected as a participating law firm in the Sustainability Legal Catalyst Programme and launches sustainability guide

We are honoured to announce Drew & Napier’s participation in the Sustainability Legal Catalyst Programme (SLCP) – an initiative in partnership with Enterprise Singapore that aims to provide expert guidance to help bridge the gap between sustainability ambitions and legal compliance.

As global sustainability agendas gain momentum, Singapore enterprises are increasingly embarking on sustainability projects to align with national and international goals. However, this journey often presents complex risks and regulatory challenges that require specialised knowledge.

As a selected law firm in this programme, eligible Singapore companies that seek legal advice from Drew & Napier, in respect of sustainability-related matters, can potentially receive support from Enterprise Singapore of up to 50% of such legal fees, with a cap of $90,000 per company.

The eligibility requirements, covered sustainability-related topics and further details of the programme can be found here.

To mark this occasion, Drew has launched ‘Sustainability Legal Outlook in Asia’ – our guide on sustainability, which draws on the firm’s broad areas of expertise in the banking sector, regulatory landscape, private sector, and energy and construction industries in Asia.

Topics include ‘Banking on Sustainability’, ‘Transitioning into Sustainable Assets and Institutions’, ‘How Listed Corporations are Contributing’, ‘Sustainable Foundations Driving Energy and Infrastructure’ and ‘Disputes in Sustainability’. The guide also highlights opportunities and challenges in the ESG space, and covers Southeast Asian, East Asian, and global developments from a Singaporean lens.
