The team regularly represents local and foreign insurers, underwriters, indemnity providers, brokers, corporations, financial institutions and individual policyholders. Many of these matters involve the management of high-value, complex claims with cross-border elements. These include professional liability, personal injury, construction defects, directors & officers (D&O) and property damage claims. We also work closely with our clients to achieve a favourable resolution of these claims, whether through negotiation, mediation or court or arbitration proceedings.
